- Created/curated/coordinated content for weekly email bulletins on Tucson and Phoenix activities; edited monthly email bulletins for WMG’s River Run Network, Flow365 and Monsoon Squad programs

- Created/curated/coordinated social media content for consistent (generally 7 days/week) postings on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Grew the organization’s Facebook following by 86%: from 6,606 followers in Oct 2017 to 7,673 in Oct 2019
- Organized/managed/maintained the photo archive
- Lead producer of WMG’s major public and private events; garnered media coverage for public events including Homescape Harvest Tour, Arizona Gives Day, Giving Tuesday
- Recruited, organized, and trained volunteers for events and other organizational efforts
- Managed monthly donor program by recruiting new monthly donors through yearly campaigns, quarterly communications with donors, and donor thank you and recognition activities; well exceeding the goal of 10% annual growth. Monthly donors grew 51% during my tenure
- Keystone on fundraising campaigns, including: Arizona Gives Day, Monthly Donor Campaign, Summer Campaign, Giving Tuesday, and Year-end Campaign. Edited and formatted snail mail and email fundraising appeals, created/organized mailing lists; managed thank you notes – write, print, send in a timely manner; worked with local printers on nuanced print jobs and mailers
- Ensured high quality data management for WMG donors and prospects through proper and precise data entry and adding detailed information into WMG’s donor database
- Created meaningful connections with WMG donors through regular and engaging communication and personal contact; make targeted donation asks to individuals and businesses
